AutoRehire is a local-first hiring automation workspace. The scoring engine evaluates candidates across four weighted dimensions against the job requirements. A background automation worker runs every 15 minutes, processing pending candidates, updating statuses, and triggering notifications. Every action is logged to an audit trail. The system never sends your data to a cloud API for scoring - it all runs locally or on your own Postgres instance.
Why it works
Most hiring tools are CRUD apps with email integration. AutoRehire is built around the idea of organisational hiring memory. Instead of every recruiter starting from scratch, the system remembers every candidate, every decision, and every pattern. Re-apply candidates are flagged with their full history. Job-level analytics show hire rates, average scores, and top rejection reasons. Similar past hires are surfaced by skill overlap. The result is a hiring process that gets faster and smarter with every role you fill.
