Upon full payment for services, we assign to you all intellectual property rights in the custom work product we create specifically for your project, excluding our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and libraries (which remain our property under a perpetual, royalty-free license to use as part of the delivered work).

You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from this website without our written permission.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our website or services, you agree to:

5. Payment Terms

We reserve the right to pause work on overdue accounts with 7 days written notice. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, STAGSTER Labs LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Our services and website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results from using our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement according to the terms in the applicable SOW. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or services for conduct that violates these terms or is harmful to others. Upon termination, you must cease use of any materials provided under these terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India. STAGSTER Labs LLP (LLPIN: ACS-0188) is registered in India.

10. Changes to Terms
